This is a Body Positive Class that invites you to reconnect with yourself through a sweet blend between movement and stillness that is tailored for all sizes, shapes, and abilities.

Expect the use of tools for your practice (bolsters, blocks, walls, and chairs!), tons of pose variations and therapy balls to fully relax and release any tension in your body!

Enjoy all the benefits of self myofascial release and massage in this class that offers the perfect dose of self care and fun while using therapy balls to roll from head to toe!

Rolling improves your flexibility, releases tension, creates more awareness about your body, improves your posture and enhances performance. This class is perfect for people who work in front of a computer, seat or workout a lot, … so if you haven’t rolled yet, what are you waiting for?

RESTORATIVE YOGA

Rediscover physical and emotional balance trough the use of props that support your body in a position of comfort and ease to facilitate healing and relaxation. You are already doing too much! give yourself permission to rest and relax.
