As a Body Positive Teacher, all my classes (Hatha, Vinyasa & Gentle Yoga) are tailored for all abilities, sizes and shapes. Expect the use of tools for your practice (bolsters, blocks, walls, and chairs!), tons of pose variations and therapy balls to fully relax and release any tension in your body!

SELF MYOFASCIAL RELEASE & MASSAGE

Rolling offers the perfect dose of self care and fun while using therapy balls to roll from head to toe! Rolling improves your flexibility, releases tension, creates more awareness about your body, improves your posture and enhances performance. In all my classes, accesible options such as rolling using the wall or chairs are offered.

RELAX: YIN YOGA & RESTORATIVE YOGA

Rediscover physical and emotional balance through relaxation. In Restorative Yoga we use props that support your body in a position of comfort and ease to facilitate healing and relaxation. In Yin Yoga we let go while stretching in a safe way.  You are already doing too much! give yourself permission to rest and relax.

  • Hatha Yoga (Satori Yoga Studio) Thu 12.35 - 1.35 pm

    This class is a Hatha Level 1-2. Build strength, flexibility, relax and enjoy a slower paced practice that is tailored for all abilities.

  • Roll & Restore (Satori Yoga Studio) Thu 1.30 - 2.30 pm

    Treat yourself with an hour of self care! Roll out your tension, relax and let go using different sizes of therapy balls that are specifically designed for self-massage & self myo-fascial release.  Then relax even deeper fully supported by comfortable props in Restorative Yoga poses that will leave you renewed and with a clear mind.

  • Gentle Yoga: Relax & Restore (Satori Yoga Studio) Fri 12.35 - 1.35 pm

    Treat yourself with a midday pause to relax your body and mind! We will focus on gently strengthening and stretching the body trough a passive and mindful practice using therapy balls and props to support your body. This class features long holds of mostly seated postures, all abilities and all bodies are welcome!

  • Rolling Time! (Satori Yoga Studio) Fri 13.30 - 2.30 pm

    Enjoy all the benefits of self myofascial release and massage in this class that offers the perfect dose of self care and fun while using therapy balls to roll from head to toe!
